We do understand that sometimes appointments may be amended or cancelled,  however we kindly request at least 48 hours prior notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without 48 hours notice it will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service amount.

Please note we are unable to refund any paid money in case of cancellation of packages.
